Return & Exchange Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the shipped date with the invoice and price tags attached on the merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition to ensure full credit. Items can be returned either in store or by mail. All Accessories, Intimates & Gift Card sales are final. No Returns or Exchanges allowed.
Complete and include return form included with your package.
Pack item(s) – tags attached – along with your packing slip or shipping confirmation email.

All returns are at your own expense. Sorry, we do not accept COD deliveries.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for return processing.
Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable (Unless items were damaged, incorrect or defective).
We can only process returns by mail for RigJimmy.com purchases. We cannot process returns by mail for any merchandise that was purchased at one of our RigJimmy stores.
IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return or exchange RigJimmy.com purchases at a RigJimmy Clothing Store, please take the invoice or a copy of your shipping confirmation email identifiable (with subject title “Your RigJimmy order has been shipped!”) within 30 days from ship date. In addition, please take the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. Exchanges can only be made at a RigJimmy CLOTHING store. We currently cannot process exchanges by mail.
DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE or WRONG ITEM (S)
If an item is defective, damaged or wrong, you must call customer service at 1-800-234-3768 to inform them of the issue.
